At Myfashiondesigners.in, we connect you directly with emerging designers and verified institutions, offering both ready-to-ship creations and made-to-order/custom designs. Our shipping policy ensures clarity, transparency, and reliability across India and international destinations.
1. Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Shipping Rates: As applicable.

Delivery Time: 0–7 business days for ready products; 10–21 business days for made-to-order or designer-to-customer items.

Express Shipping: Available in select cities at an additional cost.

Remote Locations: Delivery timelines may extend; we will notify you if additional charges apply.
2. International Shipping

Global Coverage: We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS).

Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, value, and destination.

Duties & Taxes: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are borne by the buyer.

Delivery Time: 10–21 business days for ready items; up to 30 days for custom/bespoke orders.
3. Processing & Order Timelines

Dispatch: Within 48–72 hours for in-stock products.

Made-to-Order / IP Licensed Products: Timeline varies by designer (indicated on product page).

Crowdfunded / NFT-Linked Items: Shipped only after campaign or mint completion.
4. Multiple Vendors & Split Shipments

As Myfashiondesigners.in is a multi-designer platform, items in a single order may ship separately.

Tracking details will be provided for each package.
5. Packaging & Sustainability

Eco-conscious packaging wherever possible (cloth bags, recycled material).

Each item is shipped with authenticity tags or blockchain-based digital certificates (for licensed/NFT products).
6. Tracking & Notifications

Tracking details shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Real-time updates available in your Buyer Dashboard.
7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

Fragile couture, accessories, or oversized products may have special handling requirements.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs clearance, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events. Vestiverse Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will support you with constant updates.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Failed Deliveries

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or repeated non-acceptance, re-shipping charges may apply.
